Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your nexie account and the data associated with it. You do not need the app, and you do not need to be signed in.

What gets deleted

If you ask us to delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your account and profile details, including your name and email address
Your prompts and the responses you received
Your Personal Context Engine content, including saved notes, preferences, and context
Your conversation history
Your waitlist or beta signup record, if you have one

What we may keep, and for how long

Records we are legally required to retain, such as billing or tax records where the law requires it. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
Encrypted backups. Deleted data can persist briefly in routine encrypted backups and is removed as those backups age out.
Server access logs, which are already anonymized and are deleted automatically after 14 days. These cannot be linked back to you.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We will email you at the address you give below to confirm when it is done. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
